House in “A Zapateira” by a.f. abeijón-fernandez arquitectos

The swimming-pool is a reflecting element that connects the house the valley. The architect Jose Abeijón, took into consideration two basic concepts: on the one hand, he wanted to build a highly confortable and functional house for a family of four people; on the second hand, he used very big windows that relate both inside and outside spaces, which gives beauty to the whole project.
The house is a big central volume around which we can find other smaller ones made of different materials such a slate, wood and glass. Art is in every piece of the house since there are pictures made by the architect and other painters in every room of the building.
