based in brussels, atelier blink is the combined work of furniture and interior designers emilie lecouturier
and celine poncelet. they formed the studio in 2006 to gives a home to their design experiments. their work
aims to rethink the existing by proposing unexpected things. the duo design their products right to the end,
completing them down to the last detail. the studio recently showed their new knot collection of furnishings
at the salone in milan. marine knots inspired the seating series that is realized in oversized proportions using
soft upholstery. atelier blink has also designed a series of rugs with unusual patterns, including ‘nani’ which
features a broken tiles motif.
