Valle House – Modern Family House with Light Material

The modern family home with curve and casual exterior design located on the outskirts of Mexico City. The physical conditions of a site longer and shorter compared with one resulted in a design that solves the internal space-based episodes and differentiated experiences for and handling of light materials. Architect: Materia Arquitectónica.

This house response boldly to the evident physical and natural conditions of the immediate context. The design meant a search for an architectural character fed from exercises of contraposition. Minimal and refined materials are confrontated to artisan texture: sold organic forms balancing with implied transparent and white boxes; light versus heavy.
