What is your one favorite element in your small, cool home? My birch panel wall of Nelson clocks

What was one of the biggest challenges you faced in furnishing your small home? In order to cover up a "not so smooth" drywall section in the living room, I decided to put up 4' x 8' birch plywood panels of 3/4" thickness. They weigh a ton... each... I had to haul 4 panels from Home Depot. I created a grid on the wall and attached the panels to this grid, making sure everything was level and plumb. and I had to cut 2 inches off every single panel at the bottom!
